We specialize in creating personalized, custom-engraved items based on your specific requests. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is designed to ensure fairness while accounting for the unique customization involved. We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to resolve any issues promptly. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only under the following limited circumstances:
- Product Defect: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing flaws (e.g., material breakage, poor craftsmanship not related to your custom design).
- Engraving Error: If the engraving does not match exactly what you requested in your order details (e.g., incorrect text, font, placement, or design as specified).
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Custom items that are made correctly according to your provided specifications, even if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the final look.
- Any alterations or personalization you requested, as these are non-reversible and tailored specifically to your order.
- Items affected by normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
- Shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).
All sales are final for custom-engraved products unless they meet the criteria above.
Time Frame for Returns
- You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. This allows us to address problems quickly while the details are fresh.
- Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us within 14 days of your initial notification.
- Claims made after these time frames will not be eligible for a refund or return.

Approval: We'll review your claim within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions if approved. Do not ship anything back without our authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Shipping Back: Return the item in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received (except for defects). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (in which case, we'll reimburse reasonable shipping fees).
